I was about to leave dA, when I realised, I have toooons of points. I don't have a paypal account, so they are kinda useless at this point... So I thought, why not make a big contest, have some fun? After all, I have never made a contest before, so it's a new experience for me, and a huge prizes for people here!

WHY AM I DOING A CONTEST NOW? LOVEBIRDS! ♥

In December my best friend of all times will be having an 4 year-together anniversary with her boyfriend! I had strugle to think of a decent present and with my other friends help we all decided to give them drawings! LOTS OF THEM (They are both huuuge fans of anime and digital-art). And we are 95% sure they will love this idea.

TOPIC OF THE CONTEST

Draw these two together! (They are a couple)  Keep the atmosphere romantic/ cute.

Characteristics- FOR CONTEST -She is:
introvert, lady-like, shy, friendly
LIKES: milkshakes, reading books, animals, sweets, food (especially sushi), stargazing,binge-watching movies, puns, pop songs, movies, taking walks, parks, picnics, baking, pillow-fights, cuddles, fluffy toys
DISLIKES: computer stuff, rain, metal, dancing, sports
He is:
Extrovert, gentlemen, talkative, very active
LIKES: walking in the rain, chai late, programming, cats, food (sushi!!!) stargazing, puns, metal, dancing, movies,taking walks, parks, picnics, baking, hugs
DISLIKES:  reading books, tanning, pop songs, sports

RULES

VERY IMPORTANT
No nudity please.
The art must be 500 x 500 or bigger.
They should be drawn together (not like drawing just one of them)
Don't include other character (your OC'S, characters from other anime.) Though you can include animals- cats, bunnies, etc.

You can change clothes.
Style: Anime/Manga or Semi-realistic-anime, realistic. Full colored.
Character doesn't have to be full body, but should be at least waist/thigh up.
When you finish the entry- send it to me via note or tag me under the picture! It will be easier for me not to lose them by accident.

F.A.Q.

Is traditional art okay?
-Yes.

Hom many entried I can submit?
-As much as you'd like! Though you must put effort in it.

Where we can see other people entries?
-I will start featuring all the entries in a week or so, when there will be more of them. When I do, I will create a new journal, until then, all the entries are in my FAV's folder, called "Contest".

Can I use a base?
No.

Can I draw them as animals (mlp and so on)?
No, they must be drawn as humans!

Are sketches/ linearts okay?
No, it must be a finished piece and fully coloured. Take your time and put effort into it!~

Can we do it on a flash game?
No. Everything must be drawn by a person.

What are their characteristic traits?

Can I donate and also join the contest?
Yeah, sure!

Are we allowed to make an entry with another artist (collab)?
Yes! But you must credit what you did in the drawing~

JUDGING CRITERIA

NEATNESS (10 POINTS) : Does the artwork look finished? How much effort was put into this piece?

ORIGINALITY (10 POINTS) : Does it look unique? Has this been done before?

COMPOSITION (10 POINTS) : Is the image interesting to look at? Is the space used originally?

OTHER (10 POINTS) : Sticking to refferences, colour palette, anatomy, detail level.
